10 10th Street is in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, the fastest growing area in increasingly rapidly growing Atlanta. Site Solutions worked collaboratively with nationally renowned architects RTKL in the development of the site plan and design. One of the more exciting portions of the project involved Site Solutions’ transformation of a closed street into a gracefully landscaped courtyard, serving as the pedestrian link between the parking structure and the office facility. Because of the stringent design requirements of the Midtown Alliance and the City of Atlanta, Site Solutions also laid out plans for a porte cochere, fountain and garden space for the residents, tenants and guests.
