1010 Midtown

1010 Midtown is a 35-story, 630,000-square-foot mixed-use development on Peachtree Street with 443 high-rise condominiums and 38,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space between 11th and 12th streets. It is the first phase of a project called 12th and Midtown, which will eventually total 2.5 million square feet of space when completed.

Site Solutions designed the rooftop deck for this exciting project. The deck features amenity pools, gardens and other striking features that bring a sense of garden living to the center of an urban environment. 12th and Midtown was recently featured in the Wall Street Journal in an article called “Atlanta Gets a Makeover: More Up, Less Out.”
