The Avenue^® Viera

Representing 417,500 square feet at build out, The Avenue® Viera features a radial scheme centered on a 3.2-acre public park. Taking cues from both traditional Savannah Squares and Mediterranean architecture, Site Solutions designed park features that include luxuriant gardens and fountains, including the 2.2-acre-Rave Plaza and Pulse Fountain.

Site Solutions also designed the links between the park’s retail setting and the outer big box outlets by using seven radial paseos and stunning allees to safely segregate pedestrians and motorists. Underfoot are tumbled brick pavers, reminiscent of old Florida’s bygone roads.
