Site Solutions’ use of Southwest Florida’s tropical planting palette is represented by both native and naturalized species, including many colorful flowering trees. Accent flowerpots, decorative lighting, courtyard fountains and striking gateway elements all contribute to Southwest Florida’s premier shopping and gathering destination.

Located on the busy I-75 corridor between Fort Myers and Naples, Florida, the project features a main street comprised of two major shopping blocks lined with tall royal palm trees, derived from the classic image of McGregor Avenue in Fort Meyers.

The Market Plaza section boasts the center’s most striking feature, a “River of Grass” paving motif that subtly evokes undersea grasses as they undulate in the current of the nearby Everglades.
