Post Properties, one of the largest apartment developers and REITs in the country, has made a concerted effort to develop new in town mid- and high-rise projects. That leaves Post with a significant inventory of garden and low-rise multi-family projects, often located at the suburban fringe. These projects often have larger apartments and well established landscaped settings, and find a different market demographic than the newer in town products.

Yet, these projects often need a significant update to stay viable. At Post Chastain, Site Solutions has recently been retained to redesign the exterior and amenity areas that are Post Properties’ trademark. Work includes complete redesign of the pool area, the addition of a grand stair and trellisis, and refinishing of all pool deck and tile surfaces.
