Towne Place at Garden State Park

Towne Place at Garden State Park is a new vertical mixed-use project by Edgewood Properties on the 223-acre site of the former Garden State Park racetrack in Cherry Hill, NJ. The development features 250,000 square feet of retail that feature more than 500 homes above. Site Solutions’ designs for the development include numerous details evoking the site’s equestrian roots.

Site Solutions’ plans call for a signature plaza, numerous fountains and water features and a lawn area as a gathering place, all of which will contribute to and capitalize on the strong sense of civic pride at this regionally branded destination for retailers within the prestigious South New Jersey market.
