The Villas at Canterfield is a Senior Living facility in Alpharetta, Georgia that offers 11 Villas, 109 Independent Living units, and 92 Assisted Living units on 9 acres. Site solution’s design blends harmoniously with the architectural features, scale of buildings and their individual use. Special consideration was given to the site plan regarding grading and drainage due to a twenty foot topographic change, where Site solutions incorporated grade change into the site features such as waterfalls, ADA accessible sidewalks and intimate seating areas.

To maximize use by residents of differing abilities, Site solutions programmed and designed a Friendship Garden with a fire pit, waterfall and private hidden garden, an Exterior Dining and Sport area with zero entry pool, outdoor grill and shade structures, a Fantasy Garden with water feature and paths, an Active Life Garden with a bocce ball court, checker board tables and a stage for concerts, a Park Garden with Koi pond, bird houses and putting green, and a Charleston Garden with shaded formal landscape, fountain and card tables. Additionally, there is an Alzheimer’s Garden, which includes a raised cut garden, special seating areas, and a water feature with shade structures.
